Trained in hospitality, Vincent quickly chose professions involving direct interaction with clients. At just 19 years old, he began as a night receptionist in a serviced residence, where for more than four years he handled guest arrivals and early departures. This first experience confirmed both his passion for customer relations and his strong sense of discipline.
A horizon broadened by international experienceIn 2016, he flew to Australia on a working holiday visa. In Melbourne, he joined a five-star hotel within the Accor group, where he worked for a year while taking advantage of the opportunity to travel across Oceania, Asia, and the Americas, New Caledonia, Bali, Hawaii, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Cancún, and Madrid. This journey not only allowed him to improve his English but also to discover new cultures and meet people from diverse backgrounds, strengthening his adaptability and listening skills.
Upon his return in 2017, Vincent continued his career in prestigious establishments in Toulouse. After a few months at the reception desk, he became a valet in a five-star hotel, a role that combined mobility with close client contact. Over time, he evolved into a more versatile receptionist-concierge position, taking part in organizing events and weddings and coordinating guest needs, including private chauffeur bookings. It was through these first collaborations that he discovered the Chabé universe.
Building on this experience, Vincent joined Chabé Toulouse in July 2024, becoming part of the Reservations and Dispatch department. His hospitality background and customer-oriented mindset are true assets. Day-to-day, he analyzes client needs and develops tailored proposals. Balancing responsiveness and anticipation, he ensures reliable, personalized solutions, directly contributing to the overall client experience. What does he appreciate most? The variety of missions and the constant challenge of finding custom solutions, even in unexpected situations.
A year after joining, Vincent took part in an event in Palma de Mallorca. As project manager, he oversaw vehicle coordination and ensured smooth operations. This rewarding experience allowed him to meet clients in person and see the tangible results of the preparations made beforehand. The mission strengthened his conviction that anticipation, adaptability, and handling the unexpected are vital to delivering flawless mobility experiences.
