Nearly 400 guestsVIC, celebrities, influencers, and journalists,  were seamlessly transported across several exclusive venues, including the iconic Fortaleza and Castell Bellver.

With 150 vehicles mobilised and over 2,800 time-based services delivered, every detail was designed to reflect the event’s sophistication and discretion. From logistics coordination to guest care, the experience was managed with the utmost precision.

Thanks to the involvement of our local teams in Madrid and on the ground in Mallorca, Chabé confirmed once again its ability to manage complex, large-scale operations while delivering a level of service that meets the highest expectations in the luxury sector.

Since May 17, our Italian teams have been operating in Taormina, Sicily, delivering bespoke mobility solutions for a High Jewelry event hosted by a major luxury brand. Until May 28, they manage a large-scale logistical operation designed to meet the highest standards of excellence expected at such prestigious and confidential gatherings.

For nearly two weeks, up to 120 vehicles have been mobilized each day, handling an average of 115 transfers daily. The services provided include time-based provisions, one-way transfers, and personalized Meet & Greet. This comprehensive operation relies on seamless coordination between our on-site and back-office teams to ensure agility and responsiveness at every moment.

Behind the scenes of this event lie months of preparation led by our Account Managers, planners, coordinators, and dispatchers. Around 20 team members have been working in shifts to supervise every aspect of the operation. Their mission: anticipate every detail, adjust plans in real time, and deliver a transport experience aligned with our client’s high expectations.

140 experienced chauffeurs are also assisting VICs, VIPs, celebrities, and journalists throughout their stay in Taormina, with the discretion and service mindset that define Chabé Italy.

Over the course of the event, several hundred transfers and disposals were executed, involving a wide range of transport solutions: premium sedans, sprinters, buses, and private boats. To guarantee flawless operations and maximum safety, 600 security agents and 50 dedicated coordinators were mobilised. From managing access points to overseeing flows, every movement was carefully orchestrated in real time.

The event opened with a welcome dinner held at the iconic villas of Gastel and Erba. This required a substantial fleet, nautical logistics, and the support of 80 security agents. The tone was set for a sophisticated event where every detail mattered.

Another highlight: a double fashion show at Villa d’Este, one of Lake Como’s most iconic venues. Coordinating land and water logistics required exceptional planning and involved 120 security agents and 40 traffic managers. For ten days, Chabé provided premium transportation services for a high jewelry event bringing together international and local guests in some of the most iconic venues between Antibes and Cannes.

From Nice airport transfers to hotel arrivals, group dinners, private activities and bespoke rides, every movement was flawlessly planned to suit a demanding and refined itinerary.

At the peak of the operation, between May 1st and 7th, up to 130 luxury vehicles (Mercedes-Benz S-Class, V-Class, BMW, etc.) were mobilized to guarantee seamless and elegant logistics.

Thanks to its local presence in Cannes and Nice, Chabé offers more than just a service—it provides true on-the-ground expertise. This proximity allows for tailor-made chauffeur services on the French Riviera, adapted to the expectations of the most prestigious luxury brands.

From April 10 to 20, 2025, Chabé was entrusted with the transportation logistics for a prestigious fashion show in Kyoto, hosted by a major luxury house. This operation in Japan once again demonstrated the Group’s ability to manage large-scale international events within the luxury sector.

Over the course of ten days, up to 285 vehicles were deployed, and 1680 journeys were completed. To ensure smooth operations, 45 professionals—including field coordinators and back-office teams—were mobilized. This setup ensured seamless, bespoke mobility in line with the highest industry standards.

From April 11 to 17, Chabé had the honour of managing the transport of an official delegation from Cambodia during an institutional visit to France. Over the course of the week, the 30 delegates were accompanied on their journey between Toulouse, Carcassonne, and Mont Aigoual — an itinerary combining diplomatic protocol with the discovery of regional heritage.
