Since May 17, our Italian teams have been operating in Taormina, Sicily, delivering bespoke mobility solutions for a High Jewelry event hosted by a major luxury brand. Until May 28, they manage a large-scale logistical operation designed to meet the highest standards of excellence expected at such prestigious and confidential gatherings.
For nearly two weeks, up to 120 vehicles have been mobilized each day, handling an average of 115 transfers daily. The services provided include time-based provisions, one-way transfers, and personalized Meet & Greet. This comprehensive operation relies on seamless coordination between our on-site and back-office teams to ensure agility and responsiveness at every moment.
Behind the scenes of this event lie months of preparation led by our Account Managers, planners, coordinators, and dispatchers. From April 10 to 20, 2025, Chabé was entrusted with the transportation logistics for a prestigious fashion show in Kyoto, hosted by a major luxury house. This operation in Japan once again demonstrated the Group’s ability to manage large-scale international events within the luxury sector.
Over the course of ten days, up to 285 vehicles were deployed, and 1680 journeys were completed.
